These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of willowbrookhome.online (the "Site") and any order you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Willowbrook Home is operated by LEONARDO BERGONZI DE SOUZA JUNIOR LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 48.079.199/0001-11), registered address Quadra QS 5 Rua 400, 25, 71960-540, Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil, using US-facing e-commerce infrastructure (Shopify, payment processors, and shipping/tracking partners). We note this here for the same reason we note it in our Privacy Policy: we'd rather you know upfront who you're buying from than bury it in fine print.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live, and who are capable of forming a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Orders and pricing

All prices on the Site are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed; if an item's price was listed incorrectly, we'll contact you before charging the corrected amount, and you can choose to cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, and we'll refund any payment already collected for a cancelled order.

Shipping and delivery

Full shipping timelines, processing times, and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and Willowbrook Home is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains the return window, eligibility, and how to start a return or report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Product descriptions

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate. Occasionally a supplier update, photography difference, or minor sizing/color variation may not be reflected on the Site immediately; we don't guarantee that every description is 100% error-free, and we correct known errors as soon as we find them.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, including the Willowbrook Home name and logo, layout, and original text, belongs to Willowbrook Home or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Product photos and descriptions may be licensed from our suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's normal operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders. You agree to indemnify and hold Willowbrook Home harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the products sold on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not fully apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willowbrook Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, given that Willowbrook Home is operated by a Brazil-registered company, except that if you are a consumer residing in the United States, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state of residence apply to any dispute notwithstanding this choice of law, to the extent those laws cannot be waived.

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@willowbrookhome.online. We aim to resolve most issues directly within a few business days. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, either party may bring the matter to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, or, where arbitration doesn't apply, in a court of competent jurisdiction in your state of residence if you are a US consumer.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Willowbrook Home regarding the Site. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the business.
